Tajweed markup
Tajweed-colored text is snapshotted at build time from the AlQuran.cloud quran-tajweed edition (Islamic Network). Used for display only; not modified.
Audio recitation
Mishary Rashid Alafasy (ar.alafasy), streamed from the Islamic Network CDN. Audio is played from the CDN; not hosted or redistributed by this app.
Mosque finder map
Interactive map tiles are provided by MapTiler under their terms of use. Mosque locations are sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors via the Overpass API.
Qibla direction
In-app Qibla bearing uses the adhan library (great-circle calculation toward the Kaaba). Google Qibla Finder is linked as an optional external tool for AR/camera guidance; it is not embedded in this app.
Quranic Arabic is the word of Allah. Translations and tajweed annotations are human efforts to aid understanding and recitation. Regenerate bundled data with npm run quran:build-data.
