اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا بِنْتَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا بِنْتَ فَاطِمَةَ الزَّهْرَاءِ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا أُخْتَ الْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ سَيِّدَيْ شَبَابِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكِ يَا عَقِيلَةَ بَنِي هَاشِمٍ
Peace be upon you, O daughter of the Commander of the Faithful. Peace be upon you, O daughter of Fatima al-Zahra. Peace be upon you, O sister of al-Hasan and al-Husayn, the two masters of the youth of Paradise. Peace be upon you, O wise woman of Banu Hashim.
أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكِ جَاهَدْتِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ حَقَّ جِهَادِهِ، وَصَبَرْتِ عَلَى الْبَلَاءِ صَبْرَ الصَّابِرِينَ، وَبَلَّغْتِ رِسَالَةَ أَخِيكِ الْحُسَيْنِ إِلَى الْأُمَّةِ، وَكُنْتِ لِسَانَ الثَّوْرَةِ وَحَارِسَةَ الرِّسَالَةِ
I bear witness that you strove in the way of Allah as it truly deserved to be striven, and you were patient in the face of calamity with the patience of the patient ones, and you conveyed the message of your brother al-Husayn to the nation, and you were the voice of the revolution and the guardian of the message.
يَا سَيِّدَتِي يَا زَيْنَبُ، اشْفَعِي لَنَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَعِنْدَ جَدِّكِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ وَعِنْدَ أَبِيكِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَعِنْدَ أُمِّكِ الزَّهْرَاءِ وَعِنْدَ أَخِيكِ الْحُسَيْنِ، إِنَّكِ ذَاتُ مَكَانَةٍ رَفِيعَةٍ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ
O my Mistress, O Zaynab, intercede for us with Allah, with your grandfather the Messenger of Allah, with your father the Commander of the Faithful, with your mother al-Zahra, and with your brother al-Husayn. Indeed you hold an elevated station with Allah.
